Who responds, and how fast

Email is the fastest path. We aim to respond within one business day. If a question requires deeper review (a methodology question, a contested certification, a press inquiry), the first reply will tell you when to expect a complete response.

General questionsEmail certifications@musicalform.org. Common questions are usually covered in the FAQ.
Label portal accessUse the same email with subject "Label Portal Access Request." Include your label name and approximate catalog size. See For Labels for context.
Press & mediaEmail with subject "Press." Include outlet, deadline, and the angle. We respond same day for time-sensitive requests.
Reconsideration of a CEP decisionReconsiderations are submitted in writing within 30 days of the decision. Include the CEP ID and the basis for reconsideration.
Standards questionsThe published standards (CSF v2.0, CEP v1.2) are the canonical answer to methodology questions. If something is unclear, email and we will clarify.
